Narazaki graduated from Faculty of Law at Waseda University and Graduate School of Public Policy at The University of Tokyo.
After joining Mitsubishi Research Institute Inc, he was in charge of consulting for government agencies in the field of national security and aerospace. After moving to Pixie Dust Technologies Inc, he gained experience of business development. Then, he joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI), where he was engaged in formulating startup-related policies and coordinating multilateral trade / economic issues with ASEAN countries.In his career, he has a consistent desire to "contribute to the social implementation of emerging technologies, and ultimately to the creation of new industries in Japan".
He joined KII in 2025 as a capitalist in the digital technology sector.
